nfoura.org Cancellation Policy - Effective 10/15/2009

This Web site is owned and controlled by nfoura.org.

Please read payment policies for each event. Prior to ordering, make sure you have carefully read and understood the services your are purchasing. If you are not sure about the services you are purchasing, or have questions about services, please contact us directly with the information found below. All inquiries are free of charge.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the event.

Cancellations must be received in writing to the N4A National Office no later than 30 days prior to the event, to receive a refund.  Please note a $30 administration fee will apply.

In the event you are unable to attend, registrations may be transferred to a third party. Please notify Kim Dittman at kimdittman@nfoura.org if you will be substituting attendees. 

nfoura.org reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on nfoura.org Limited websites. You agree to periodically review our websites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our websites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
