We are always looking for submissions to our newsletter, please review the information below if you are interested in writing an article.

Post -Convention Newsletter July
Text deadline July 5; distribution the week of July 19
October Newsletter
text deadline October 29; distribution the week of November 8
Winter Newsletter January 2011
text deadline January 11; distribution the week of January 24, 2011
Pre- Convention Newsletter April 2011
text deadline April 7; distribution the week of April 18
The N4A Newsletter will be printed three times during the course of the year. (Post-Convention, Winter/Spring, Pre-Convention). Occasionally a 'bonus' issue may be added.
- Reports should be in paragraph form between 250 - 750 words. Approximately one page in length.
- Typed in Microsoft Word or comparable format. Hand written material will not be accepted.
- Content can include any relevant material concerning your region. Especially: Important dates, Regional Conference Information, Active members, New Programs, and Community Service.
We are always looking for pictures to include in the Newsletter:
- Please take pictures at your Regional Conference
- Region members at the National Conference
- Performing Community Service
- New Academic Facilities
